Kachi Partners creates value for our investors by helping junior middle market companies transform from entrepreneurially run to professionally run organizations. We invest in good companies that meet our core investment criteria and make them great.
Kachi’s investment criteria are:
- Manufacturing and distribution companies
- With $2-6 million in EBITDA (cash flow)
- And $10-100 million in sales
- Located in the western United States
Frequently, the companies we acquire have been successful as a result of the personal talents and entrepreneurial drive of their owners and managers. However Kachi's professionals know from firsthand experience that the managerial capabilities necessary to start and grow a company into the junior middle market can be quite different from the managerial capabilities needed to continue that growth trajectory up into the middle market. Kachi specializes in acquiring successful companies that have been entrepreneurially managed and transforming them into professionally managed organizations. In addition, through organic growth and acquisitions, we increase the size and profitability of our portfolio companies to the point where exiting them generates the attractive investment returns we and our investors expect.
